Back in Colorado
The white pyramid in the background is the historic state mine marker. It was moved from Hwy 50 and placed here in 2016.
The Dewey Bridge
An interesting historical spot.

Can you read the tiny print?
The bridge burned down in 2008.
Petroglyphs
Extensive drawings high on the rock walls. They must have had really tall ladders!
Dinosaur Footprints
Near Moab. Prints from 3 toed meat eating Dino’s. It was quite a climb up.

The view from the ledge.
And a bit of a negotiation on the way down...
World’s Largest Watermelon Slice
Another wacky wild and weird.

Crystal Geyser
A rare cold water geyser. The eruption is caused by carbon dioxide and gas underground. The pipe is the result of a drilling expedition.

Travertine terraces formed by the mineral water from the geyser.

Quiet:
Bubbling:
They say it goes over 100 feet, but this is all we saw!

Back to Ray’s
It’s our favorite and we were not enthused to try someplace new.

If you ever make it Green River, Utah we highly recommend the burgers!
Baldy
There was a hill so they had to climb it. We named it “Baldy”.
Shadow Puppets
We all had a blast playing with the shadows. We call this one “Shadow Family”.
More goblins!
They took full advantage and climbed everywhere. We lost a few for a while but eventually they turned up!

The Valley of the Goblins
Amazing rock formations, breathtaking scenery, and the best part? Hiking and climbing are permitted anywhere!

The San Rafael Bridge
The last swinging bridge in Utah.

They had to climb!
Buckhorn Wash Pictographs
Rock paintings over 2000 years old.
